Garden to Table Event
Thank you to everyone who attended and participated in our first ever Garden to Table Event on September 8, 2022! The event featured guest speaker Yvonne Dubielak, Executive Director of Toledo GROWS and Williams County chefs: Matt Baker, senior chef students at Four County Career Center, Willow Lane Kitchen, and Susie’s Lunch. Photos from the event can be viewed here, and recipes were also shared by the chefs:
- Beetroot salad with aronia berry dressing (Prepared by Herold Peter, Culinary Arts Management/Chef Training Instructor at Four County Career Center)
- Pasta with Swiss Chard, Bacon & Lemony Ricotta (Prepared by June Fry at Susie’s Kitchen)
- Apple Surprise Dessert (Prepared by Angie Pelland of Willow Lane Kitchen)
